What does the job involve?

Elderly Care – Nursing Assistant/Caregiver

You will assist elderly individuals with daily tasks, personal care, social activities, and medication management. You will work in home care or in a special accommodation.

Support for People with Disabilities – Support Assistant/Caregiver/Personal Assistant

You will support individuals with disabilities in their daily lives – at home, in group homes, or in daily activities. This may involve helping with activities, personal care, communication, and creating safety and participation.

We are looking for someone who:

• Preferably has education in care and nursing or child and leisure.
• Has a driver's license, particularly important for home care work.
• Is caring, attentive, and has a genuine interest in helping others.
• Has initiative and can take responsibility in various situations.
• Is flexible and enjoys working both independently and in a team.
• Has good collaboration skills and treats people with respect and warmth.
• Is proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.
